Halter Neck Maxi Dress With Open Back And Tie Belt

This maxi dress is designed with a halter neckline that secures behind the neck, leaving the shoulders and upper back exposed. The back is cut away from the neckline down to the waist, creating an open-back design. A self-tie belt wraps around the natural waistline and fastens at the front or side.
